MONROE CARRELL JR. CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AT VANDERBILT

Covalus has been working with Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) since 2001. Our original project for Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital included medical equipment planning for a 766,258 SF, 206-bed, freestanding children’s hospital, which included eight hospital floors and an 11-floor medical office building. Our current engagement includes a 4-story vertical expansion that will add 160,000 SF to the existing space with two-38 beds units, one shelled space, and a mechanical floor.
