With a depth of experience in the management of both design and construction, Mark provides leadership for program management services. His 30+ years of industry experience includes service in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps, as well as leadership positions with a commercial developer and a global construction manager. Mark has provided management and leadership for complex healthcare, mixed-use, hospitality, office and public assembly projects
across the United States. His expertise is highlighted by design management, contract negotiation, and facility capital planning.
