Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago boasts 288 private inpatient beds, a Level I Trauma Center, Level III NICU, 36-room Regenstein Cardiac Care Unit, as well as an expanded emergency department. To prepare for the move from the 750,000 SF facility in Lincoln Park to the new, 23-story, 1.25 million SF, state-of- the-art hospital in downtown Chicago, the hospital contracted the team, a joint endeavor that included Covalus, to provide full service transition and occupancy planning.
