Covalus provided program management and transition planning services for the new $600 million Critical Care Building for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. The expansion includes a new parking garage and an addition that increases the hospital’s total number of beds to more than 700. The 650,000-square-foot, eight-story building houses 276 critical-care beds, 6 ORs, related support functions including a roof-top heliport for emergency care, and an emergency department.
